The   Story

Thomas Chang had been a full time private tutor after graduating from National University of Singapore with a 1st Class Honours in Civil Engineering. Eternally grateful for the downturn in construction industry immediately after he graduated, he didn't pursue a career in the construction line, and hence the world loses a great civil engineer but gains a great tuition teacher in return. He mastered the art of scoring As in examinations and subsequently created the techniques to impart his skills to struggling kung fu practitioners. 

The   Service   Standards

Thomas is a full time tutor, not a fly-by-night one. He is a professional who dedicates his life to the motivation and tutoring of students to help them through the toughest parts of Singapore's educational system. As such, he has his own service standards that he will abide by. These standards are self imposed based on the qualities of fairness, responsibility, commitment and duty.

The   Appreciation

Thomas does not believe in teaching a subject; he believes in teaching a person. When you teach a subject, and as time passes by, the content of the subject is forgotten. When you teach a person, and as time passes by, the person is not forgotten. Thomas did not forget any of the students he had taught in his 10 years of full time tutoring, but did his students forget him?
